This policy covers the Creovia Pro website at creoviapro.com ("the site"), operated by CREOVIA PRO LLP, a limited liability partnership incorporated under the (Indian) Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008 (LLPIN: ADA-3738). It is deliberately short, because the site is deliberately simple: we collect almost nothing.
Each product carries its own privacy policy — the Creator app's is at /products/creator/privacy. This page covers the website only.
What we collect
- Contact form: if you write to us, we store the name, email address, subject, and message you submit.
- Server logs: our hosting/CDN provider, Cloudflare, Inc., keeps standard web-server logs (IP address, requested page, timestamp, user-agent) for security and operations, as our processor.
What we don't do
- No analytics or tracking scripts run on this site.
- No advertising, and no advertising cookies.
- No cookies at all beyond what the hosting platform strictly requires to serve pages.
- We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
How we use what you give us
- Contact submissions are used to reply to you.
Form submissions are stored in Google Sheets via Google Apps Script, which means Google LLC processes them as our storage provider under their standard terms.
Retention and deletion
Contact messages are kept for as long as needed to handle your request. To have your data removed at any time, use the data-deletion request page or email [email protected]— we'll confirm within a reasonable time.
